The CARE Team promotes student success within the Cabrillo College community by facilitating a safe, healthy learning, and working environment utilizing the "See Something, Say Something, Do Something" approach.

The CARE Team is a resource for students, faculty, administration, and staff offering proactive, educational restorative solutions that promote campus well-being. The CARE Team educates the campus community on ways to address disruptive classroom behaviors and obtain support for distressed, disturbed, dysregulated students.

The CARE Team responds to, assesses, and supports students of concern, and students needing to be connected to campus resources. Through the combined efforts of the CARE Team and the campus community, students will be able to utilize the available resources to restore their foundation and care for themselves and others.
