Verificación de Formulario de DATs

Formulario de Verificación de ADTs: Los consejeros ya no necesitan adjuntar el formulario de verificación de ADTs con todos los ADTs. La verificación en papel solo necesita completarse y enviarse a la Oficina de Admisiones de la CSU si el estudiante: (1) No aparece en el informe eVerify de Cabrillo. (2) Reportó un título incorrecto en su solicitud de admisión Cal State Apply.

Si se utiliza el formulario de verificación de ADTs por alguna de las razones mencionadas anteriormente, el estudiante debe proporcionar luego el formulario de verificación de ADTs a cada CSU al que está solicitando admisión.

Los consejeros deben: (1) Llenar la sección sombreada del Formulario de Verificación de Intención, enviar una copia a los evaluadores de Cabrillo y enviarle una copia por correo electrónico al estudiante. (2) Agregar al estudiante en la Lista de Estudiantes ADT en la carpeta compartida de Google. (3) Instruir al estudiante para que envíe el formulario de verificación de ADTs a la Oficina de Admisiones de la CSU.
