Application Windows for Current College Students.
Current college students apply for Spring 2027 Honors Program admission from Oct 1 to Oct 30, 2026. You must be enrolled full-time at Cabrillo to participate in the Honors Transfer Program at the college. For questions, contact the Honors Transfer Program at honors@cabrillo.edu.
Program Requirements for Current College Students.
3.3 GPA in at least six (6) units of college level coursework*
Letter of recommendation from a current or former instructor. An email is fine and should be mailed to honors@cabrillo.edu.
Complete the online application during the open application window. (Click the button above to access the application.) The application asks for an unofficial transcript and a 250-word essay on an idea that has sparked your imagination or a situation that has challenged, and perhaps changed, you.
*If this is your first semester as a college student and you have not yet completed six units of college coursework, review the transcript information in the online application and contact our office at honors@cabrillo.edu .
