Application Windows for Current College Students.
Current college students apply for Fall 2026 Honors Program admission from January 15 to March 16. You must be enrolled full time at Cabrillo to participate in the Honors Transfer Program at the college. For questions, contact the Honors Transfer Program at honors@cabrillo.edu.
Program Requirements for Current College Students.
3.3 GPA in at least six (6) units of college level coursework*
Letter of recommendation from a current or former instructor. An email is fine and should be mailed to honors@cabrillo.edu.
Complete the online application during the open application window. (Click the button above to access the application.) The application asks for an unofficial transcript and a 250-word essay on an idea that has sparked your imagination or a situation that has challenged, and perhaps changed, you.
*If this is your first semester as a college student and you have not yet completed six units of college coursework, review the transcript information in the online application and contact our office at honors@cabrillo.edu .
