Through culturally relevant student support programs, services, and resources, the Office of Student Equity furthers Cabrillo College's vision of cultivating a culture of inclusive excellence.

One of the primary goals of the Office of Student Equity is to provide opportunities for student leadership development. We highly encourage students who are interested in educational and social justice to apply to become a Student Equity Peer Coach (3 Positions), DREAM Resource Program Peer Coach (4 Positions), and Student Equity Graphic Designer (1 Position).
