Performance Venues
The Cabrillo Performing Arts Complex's three full production performance venues are available to rent by the community and non-Cabrillo College users:
Crocker Theater - 500 Capacity
The Black Box Theater - 100 Capacity
Samper Recital Hall - 270 Capacity
The College has priority use of the facilities for educational and traditional college performances by the College's arts programs within the VAPA Division (Visual Applied and Performing Arts).
Reserving a Venue
Requests for rentals are accepted at any time on a first-come, first-served basis. However, a completed Event Request Form must be submitted online NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE REQUESTED EVENT. Confirmed bookings, opened to the public for community and non-VAPA College users, will only be finalized on or after May 1, annually, for the following academic year.
User categories, rates, policies and request forms are located below, along with a copy of the Box Office Service Agreement form, College Co-Sponsorship Agreement, and a Category 3 One-Time Daily Use Fee Waiver form.

Room Requests
If you desire the use of classroom space(s) to support the needs of your event in a Performance Venue, please complete a separate Room Request, at least 60 days prior to your event date.
