CIS Student TechHelp

Staffed by student assistants to answer computer/device questions and problem solve technical issues remotely. These CIS Students are working under the general supervision of CIS Faculty.

There are 3 ways to engage with TECHHELP

  • CIS In Person in Aptos CTC at TechHelp Walk Up Desk, located in the 1400 building on lower campus (by Parking Lot M) just beyond the Cabrillo Theater.

  • In the CTC Support Zoom Room. Go to the CTC web page and click on the “ZOOM Support”

  • Email StudentTechHelp at StudentTechHelp@cabrillo.edu Be sure to include specific details about your question or issue.

The TECHHELP team will connect via email, phone, Zoom or Chat/Text as needed to resolve your question.
