The Kinesiology Department offers a comprehensive program that focuses on the health, well-being, and success of our students through a development of lifetime relationships with physical activity and movement
Students range from high school students to senior adults who engage in a variety of classes from Personal Training and CPR to sports skills and fitness. A sampling of our fitness class includes yoga, bootcamp, weight training, , weight management, core fitness, and functional fitness. Some of our sport specific classes include pickleball, tennis, swimming, soccer, basketball, water polo and volleyball. Currently we offer 11 lecture classes and 24 activity classes.
