One of the main reasons for our 100% job placement rate is our close relationship with regional employers like Zero Motorcycles, Swenson Builders, Joby Aerospace, GraniteRock, and more.
For example, we have numerous former students earning a Santa Cruz county living wage while working for Zero Motorcycles in positions ranging from R&D Fabrication Engineer to Manufacturing Supervisor.
The Etech department has long offered what we call a "new-hire guarantee." This means that a new hire from our program will be billable and productive on day one of their new job. Along with this guarantee comes one year of free technical support for any Etech student that is newly employed.
