Special Reminders
The California Student Aid Commission (CSAC) has extended the 2024-2025 FAFSA/CADAA priority deadline to May 2nd, 2024.
Summer awarding is a manual process, awarding will begin at the end of June and will continue throughout the Summer.
Disbursements happen on a weekly basis, as files are completed.
Students will not be awarded for waitlisted courses, unless you are registered in the class before Census Date and attend at least one day in the course. We will not adjust awards for students with completed files after that date.
Late starting courses must be enrolled in by Census Date and will not be award until the course begins.

The WES Grant is a one-time emergency grant and is designed to cover unexpected emergency costs and not ongoing expenses. There are multiple WES advisors on campus. Contact financial.aid@cabrillo.edu for more information.
Textbook Reimbursement Request
If you are a student that has purchased your textbooks, online subscriptions to course materials, or supplies related to and required for the course complete this form. Please include a receipt that is dated, has details of the items purchased, and amount paid on it. Awarding will happen weekly, on first come first serve basis after February 12th, 2024
Childcare Reimbursement Request
If you are a student that has paid for your child to be in a child care facility/service in order to attend your classes or complete necessary course work please complete this form. Please include a receipt that is dated, has the time period with times that you were paying for child care, and amount paid on it. Awarding will happen weekly, on first come first serve basis after February 12th, 2024
